A customer in Rancho Cucamonga gave us a call after having an unexpected accident happen to her carpet. She accidentally dropped the iron and burned her berber carpet. Our tech was able to use a remnant piece of carpet to repair the damaged area by doing a patch. There is a color difference for now but it should blend in with the rest of the carpet within a few months.
